Sponsorship Program

As a sponsor, you can give a child or elder protection from cold and hunger and get to know a Native American family.

Lakota Theater Program

Help the Lakota people renew their economy and their communities. This program promotes development that brings jobs and educational opportunities to both the youth and the adult members of the tribe.

Food Co-op -- Project SHARE

Help wipe out hunger. Provide fresh meat, fruits, and vegetables to homes on the reservation by participating in our food co-op program. A few dollars can make a difference.

Fuel Assistance Program

An Elder Gentleman, one of the most impressive people I have ever met, chops wood to heat his small bungalow. He has no hands. They were amputated because of frost bite.
You can help ONE Spirit provide heat where it is needed when the families and elders have exhausted the government and tribal resources available to them. We work with propane companies to obtain the lowest price possible and then help with heat to the limit of our resources.

Gift Box Program

The Gift Box Program sends Christmas gift boxes to Lakota children on the Pine Ridge Reservation in southwest South Dakota, For many children in most years, this will be the ONLY Christmas gift they get!! We are taught to have compassionate hearts and to give of ourselves for those in need and those who suffer. The American Indians on the Pine Ridge, and other reservations, are among the poorest and most underprivileged people in our big country.

Bed Program

ONE Spirit Bed Program provides beds for American Indian people, especially children and elders living on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota.

Okini (Urgent Needs) Program

It is extremely difficult to be a strong family when there is no food, no heat in winter, or the home is without electricity. It is hard for a parent to see their children inadequately clothed and without the bedding needed to be warm. Your contribution to the Okini Program will help a family remain strong for their children.

Other Programs

Other programs include the Buffalo Children's Society, Economic Development & Native Art, and the ONE Spirit Partners program.
